Job Description Answer calls and respond to emails * Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email * Manage and resolve customer complaints * Provide customers with product and service information * Identify and escalate priority issues * Route calls to appropriate resource * Follow up customer calls where necessary * Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Job Qualifications • At least senior high school graduate
• A Filipino citizen or hold relevant status
• With basic web navigation skills
• With good communication skills
• Willing to start immediately
Highest Education Attainment At least Highschool Graduate
